What are your UK delivery options and timeframes?
We offer Standard Shipping (3-5 working days) and Express Shipping (1-2 working days) via premium couriers. Free standard delivery is available on all orders over £50.
How do I return an item for a refund or exchange?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. You can initiate a return through our online portal to receive a prepaid shipping label.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for our footwear and apparel for a more comfortable fit.
What payment methods do you accept?

Are REEF products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all REEF products carry a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your parcel's progress in real-time.
