At REEF® UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or apparel isn't a perfect fit, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items back into their original REEF® packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
